Fit-Lab Terms & Conditions

Fit-Lab offers a number of service that require advance payment including special offers discounted packages and group booking. All bookings received are on these terms. Please ensure you read them carefully.


INSURANCE: Fit-Lab has personal liability insurance. Please ensure you have the correct insurance to cover your health. If you are unsure of where to obtain the correct insurance please talk to us prior to making you're booking or commencing your training.

Cancellation Policy 24hr notice: Clients who book personal training/ group lessons in blocks receive substantial discount this is the reason all packages must be pre-paid. If a session/class needs to be cancellation it must be done with 24 hours notice or the session will be charged. It is not possible to issue refunds for any unused training sessions.
- Personal training bookings received for 6-12 session will be valid for period of 1 month.
- Personal training bookings received for 20 or more session will be valid for period of 3 months.
- Group bookings received for 5 sessions will be valid for period of 1 month.
- Group bookings received for 10 sessions will be valid for period of 2 months.

LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS: A medical questionnaire is a standard requirement for all personal training, please bring any medical conditions to the attention of your trainer and produce a doctor's medical clearance if required.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • 30% Deposit required at time of booking.
  • All Remaining balance for packages, personal training session and group classes must be paid on commencing your training with Fit-Lab
  • Product orders require full payment in advance.
  • Any other fees will be individually specified in your booking receipt.
  • Deposits paid are non-refundable. All Bookings and orders require full payment in advance. Goods will beheld for a total of 3 months from payment date and order, if goods are not collected or addressed within that 3 months we have a right to cancel the order or re-sell the goods and any money paid is non-refundable.
  • Payments are accepted by cash, PAYPAL or direct bank transfer.
  • PAYPAL Payments are subject to 4% charge.
  • Any losses that arise from foreign currency exchange rates during transfers will be addressed in the final invoice.
  • No refund or compensation is due payable by for any unused training. Client's who do not complete the training or trip for whatsoever reason, cannot be refunded for a portion of the total cost.

RESPONSIBILITY: The customer acknowledges that, Fit-Lab or affiliated companies, staff or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Provider or by "force major" or other events beyond our control, including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God, Acts of Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes. Fit Lab shall not be liable for, or responsible to, any customer in the event of dissatisfaction based on personal opinion regarding the standard of service by any Service Provider nor be liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. We will only acknowledge liability in the case of proven justified complaints relating to specific and tangible inadequacies of facilities or services provided. In the event of such a complaint the customer is requested to immediately contact us or the Service Provider for remedial action to resolve any problem or irregularity at that time.

Illustrations are intended to set the mood for each class and may not present actual. All prices quoted in are correct at the time of publishing. Such fares, prices and international rates of exchange are subject to change, which in turn may affect prices quoted. Regardless of a deposit or full payment having been made, any increase the price must also be paid by the member. If such increase is unacceptable, the tour member retains the right to cancel his/her booking. However, attention is drawn to the possibility that some cancellation charges may be imposed to cover cancellation cost.
