Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified by your instructor in range of difficulty from beginning to advance. The Intensity can be increased over time as the clients body conditions adapts to the exercises.

At Fit-Lab we offer Pilates on a private one on one basis starting with floor /mat work using small weighted balls, foam rollers, large exercise balls, rotating disks, and resistance bands and Pilates ring. progressing onto our apparatus at a later stage in development
