  Men often have different goals when it comes to health, fitness and getting into shape. Some prefer to loose body fat and increase endurance, others look for sport specific conditioning whilst others look to build muscle and lose that ugly beer belly in return for and hard and sexy six-pack.

  At Fit-Lab our Personal training is designed around your specific goals taking into account scientifically proven methods of getting results and customizing your workouts and nutritional plans to suit those goals. Age, metabolic rate, body type current level of fitness are all taken into account during our consultations and evaluated periodically during your training with us to ensure we have measurable data to aid us in achieving success together.

  Our Male personal training packages consist of 3-4 weekly session lasting 50 minutes per session, during these sessions you will ensure a complete body workout while giving the body time to recover from each workout. We include circuit style workouts with supersets to failure to push the body to another level of fitness and get the result you are looking for other training styles include strength conditioning for specific muscle groups more focused for sport specific development. Vital to achieving your personal fitness goals is implementing the correct nutrition plan to suit your training at Fit Lab we will sit with you and design a full nutritional plan that can continue as a regular healthy diet, in addition we will map out the necessary supplementation to enhance your progress while training with us.

  Fit-Lab personal trainers will keep you motivated and push you to achieve your goals while ensuring a safe and fun training schedule. One thing we have learned over the years is it easier to get results if individuals are enjoying the training on a daily basis.

What we expect from you
  We are very proud of our training and equally enjoy getting our clients to their goals so we ask that you make the time to train with us at least three times a week. There are always legitimate reasons not to exercise, but we will not accept that you can't find the time, if you need to reschedule a workout session please do it with ample time as per our normal terms and conditions.

  You must keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed on a weekly basis so we can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat, rather than making sweeping statements that apply generally, but not necessarily to you specifically.
