  After over a decade training we have evolved a signature training schedule that has proven it self to be a very effective fun and rewarding way for women to get into shape. Women in general have a harder time of loosing body fat and getting lean and we all know by now there is no magic pill or drink that will help melt away the unwanted body fat.


  The truth is simply with solid nutrition, daily intensive training, plenty of rest and the right motivation it can be achieved and you can get the results you have always dreamed of. At Fit-Lab we understand there is no quick fix and our programs are designed to get the results taking into account every individuals personal physiological make-up and goals. We aim to shake things up on a regular basis to shock the body and get the results you are looking for. Our custom Female personal training specific programs are not designed around muscular growth but more tone and shaping along with developing flexibility, endurance and balance resulting in a toned fit looking shape. Far too many women spend hours jogging, or on cross trainers, whilst simultaneously starving themselves of food. The end result is a shut down in key fat burning hormones such as Leptin and Ghrelin, potential damage to the thyroid gland and thyroid output, and metabolic catastrophe. When returning to normal habits increase in weight gain are often a result of this kind of training.

  The best approach is to fuel your body correctly and ensure complete body workouts and get rest and recovery, train well, eat well and look well! At fit-lab you will work one-to-one with your personal trainer three or four times a week, In addition we may ask you to put in a further two or three additional training sessions to compliment your workouts at home or in the gym every week. We pay extremely close attention to everything that you do when exercising with us, always monitoring your form and ensuring your personal health.


What we expect from you

 We are very proud of our training and equally enjoy getting our clients to their goals so we ask that you make the time to train with us at least three times a week. There are always legitimate reasons not to exercise, but we will not accept that you can't find the time, if you need to reschedule a workout session please do it with ample time as per our normal terms and conditions. You must keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed on a weekly basis so we can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat, rather than making sweeping statements that apply generally, but not necessarily to you specifically.

  Our female fat loss plans have strict nutritional protocols that are made to fit around your own lifestyle, Give us 100% effort throughout the program and we will give you 150% in return and remember burning fat isn't just a walk in the park, but if you embrace it wholeheartedly you will have an enjoyable, energizing, and wholly rewarding experience.

Menstrual Note Whether its water retention, irritability, sugar cravings premenstrual problems can easily interfere with your fat loss and personal training goals. At Fit-Lab we address these issues head on and have numerous nutritional and supplementation protocols to help alleviate PMS and keep you on track to achieve the body of your dreams.
